Crystal users were introduced to the ability to keep their inventory systems aligned and organized with their webstores via the all-new Crystal ecommerce integrations. Using Crystal’s integration unlocks the power of managing what gets synced to e-commerce, getting online order information and getting real-time updates for your online business. Currently, three main e-commerce applications are supported with Crystal’s integration platform for e-commerce: Shopify, BigCommerce and WooCommerce.
The setup is painless and can be done with ease by simply connecting your e-commerce website to Crystal, and then once the connection is setup, users then start selecting the inventory they want synced over from Crystal’s inventory management feature set all within a single interface. A walkthrough on how this is done can be found in the following sections of the overview document. Products can be selected for synchronization to e-commerce in four different ways: by Vendor, by Product, by Item Type or by SKU. This allows users to have full control over what in their inventory is available to consume and purchase from their online store.
The last major component comes after the inventory that is marked for e-commerce has been set to sync to the e-commerce application of choice and the details have been configured (title, description, tags, etc.), and that’s when a customer buys a product online. Online orders will be recorded in Crystal when a customer purchases online, and each transaction will receive a unique transaction identifier, date, amount, fulfillment status and much, much more.
